martin luther king jr blvd - hayden plaza improvements
Marcelin Engineering partnered with Design Jones, a local Landscape Architectural Firm, to develop the design for improvements to the long standing community plaza at Martin Luther King Jr Blvd and Oretha Castle Hailey. We assisted in the design of the paving, park benches, utility coordination, and the re installation of the sculpture at the center of the Plaza. The project once completed will stand as a vital improvement to the rapidly developing neighborhood of Central City.
